Purchases made through MIH Business Academy, including courses, coaching, consulting, workshops, digital products, and related educational services, are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the service has been delivered, except where a verified billing error, duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, or other legally required refund applies.
This Refund Policy explains how MIH Business Academy, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") handles payments and refund requests related to our courses, coaching, consulting, and educational services.
2. No Guarantee of Results
MIH Business Academy provides courses, coaching, consulting, and educational resources intended to help clients build knowledge and skills related to starting, funding, and growing a business. However, we do not guarantee that any client will achieve specific business outcomes, income, growth, funding approval, credit approval, or any other particular result.
3. Courses & Digital Products
All course enrollments, digital downloads, templates, worksheets, guides, recordings, and other digital products sold through MIH Business Academy are non-refundable once purchased and access has been granted. Digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical products.
4. Coaching & Consulting Services
Fees paid for one-on-one coaching, business consulting, advisory sessions, credit analysis, or related services are earned when the session takes place, work begins, the analysis is prepared, or the deliverable is provided. Once a session has occurred, a written analysis has been delivered, or work has begun on your service, the payment is generally non-refundable.
5. Workshops & Events
Payments for workshops, live events, group programs, and training sessions are non-refundable once registration is confirmed, unless otherwise stated in writing for that specific event.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, completing requested prework, providing accurate and complete information, reviewing recommendations, and deciding whether to act on the guidance provided.
7. Billing Errors & Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, such as a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, unauthorized charge, or charge for a product or service you did not purchase, please contact us immediately. We will review such claims in good faith and issue a correction where a genuine billing error is confirmed.
8. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly with any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. If a chargeback is initiated after services or digital access have been provided, MIH Business Academy reserves the right to submit documentation showing that the product or service was delivered as described.
9. Changes to This Policy
MIH Business Academy reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. This Refund Policy is incorporated into and subject to MIH Business Academy’s Terms and Conditions of Use.
